Shipping Policy

We currently ship Tobari orders from the UK.

UK Delivery

We offer two UK delivery options:

Standard delivery: £7.50
Express delivery: £15.00

Free UK standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

For UK orders over £50, express delivery is discounted by 50%, making express delivery £7.50.

All available delivery options and final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International shipping is charged based on the number of hijabs in your order:

1 hijab: £20 shipping
2 hijabs: £24 shipping
3 hijabs: £28 shipping
4 hijabs: £32 shipping
5 hijabs: £36 shipping

For larger orders, the available shipping rate will be shown at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days.

During launches, restocks, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any major delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.

UK orders usually arrive faster than international orders. International delivery may take longer due to customs checks, local courier delays, public holidays, or local delivery issues.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges may be applied by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are not controlled by Tobari and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may need to pay the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number.

We will help check the status of the shipment and advise on the next steps.
